How much notice do we need?
The more the better, but we do our best with short notice too. For anything urgent, text us at (786) 290-9903.

The assignment is confirmed
Only once we both agree. Then you get the interpreter’s name before the appointment.
05 — For employers, clinics and schools
Providing an interpreter is usually your legal duty.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, hospitals, employers, schools and public services must provide effective communication for Deaf people. A family member is not an interpreter, and neither is written notes for a long conversation.
We help you meet that duty properly, and we help your Deaf patients, students and staff be genuinely understood.
