A Deaf center, 8,000 miles away.
The Deaf Christian Center of Burundi opened in 2022. Pastor Janvier, its director, lives in the capital Bujumbura, but his work is focused on the Deaf people in the villages of Gihanga, Mpanda, Gasenyi and Rounge.
We support this mission providing the gospel to the Deaf, food, medicine, the expenses for Janvier travelling to the villages, Bibles, and creating job opportunities.

Because of your generosity and prayers, we travelled to Burundi and held Christian conferences for the Deaf community in Bujumbura. It was a time of joy, learning, and connection for many who get to worship together in sign language.
Meet Janvier

Ptr. Janvier is serving the deaf community of the villages in Burundi. He lives in the Capital Bujumbura but his work is focused to the deaf people in the villages of Gihanga, Mpanda, Gasenyi and Rounge. We support this mission providing the gospel to the deaf, food, medicine, the expenses for Janvier traveling to the villages, bibles, creating jobs opportunities.
